NO EXCEPTION •Remaining balances are to be paid in CASH ONLY on the day of your appointment. •It is very important for you to be on time for your scheduled appointments. If you happen to be running late, please communicate that with me before hand! •Strict late policy You will have a 10 minute grace period anything after 10 minutes will result in a $15 late fee, anything past 15 minutes you will be charged remaining balance & appointment will be canceled!! - All no call no shows will be charged remaining balance and will be banned from booking any future appointments - Any appointments cancelled withing 24 HOURS of appointment time will result in a cancellation charge of $20 •The address will be sent via email after booking your appointment. •Any before/after hour are an additional $25. Contact me directly for booking. •Same day appointments or "squeeze-ins" will be an $35 LASH SERVICES: •Please make sure your lashes are clean upon arrival if not a lash bath will be mandatory •I DO NOT do fill-ins over techs work, however I can remove lashes and provide a full set. •Due to COVID you MUST WEAR A MASK . No EXTRA people and please no kids!!! Non compliance will result in a $15 fee added to your appointment remaining balance. •Fill ins are required every 2-3 weeks and must have AT LEAST 40% of lashes, otherwise it will be considered a full set. By booking appointment you are agreeing to all terms & polices previously stated.
